Sunflower Beach is Texas’ Premiere Coastal Resort.
The core of the Sunflower brand is to present a resort that is bright, family friendly, and fun while still being a luxury getaway. Traditional elements mix with lively signature colors and beach-inspired patterns, and are infused in every part of the guest experience.

THE OBJECTIVE
Work within the existing brand guidelines for a full service creative scope to increase brand awareness and drive sales. Design new brand identities, billboards, brochures, invitations, custom merchandise, digital marketing, email campaigns, editorial design, and more!
THE STRATEGY
I designed new identities under the Sunflower Beach umbrella to market new offerings at the resort - The Row Family Villas, The Hideaway Beach Cabins, & Turtle’s Poolside Cafe. Each brand has its own style, but remains cohesive with the rest of the community.
When a new product was launched, targeted digital marketing, print design, sales gallery displays, and branded merchandise were rolled out to increase brand awareness and sales.
DIGITAL MARKETING
The digital advertising was multifaceted, geared toward both selling real estate and promoting vacation rentals. I worked to redesign the home and sales listing pages to better categorize the content and give the user a more streamlined experience. I also oversaw third parties who managed vacation rental services to ensure that their websites followed our brand guides.
For one of the digital campaigns, during the height of Covid when people were flocking to outdoor retreats and could work from anywhere, we launched these ads to drive people to the website and promote taking the family on a long relaxing getaway and have a “new commute” to the beach.
Turtle’s, a seasonal poolside cafe, serves up fresh food, beverages, and treats in a casual atmosphere.
The Turtle icon created bearing the Sunflower Beach mosaic pattern on its shell was the perfect fit for this family-friendly spot.
The Hideaway is a collection of luxury beach cabins at Sunflower. The community is thoughtfully designed to be a serene coastal escape and offers an attention to luxury that you won’t find anywhere else on the coast.
The brand identity reflects this sense of serenity with an mark featuring the iconic Port Aransas whooping crane, conjuring the relaxing feeling of a nest-like retreat.
The Row brand encompasses 3 collections of exclusive family villas that exemplify clean elegance & classic coastal touches.
A simple, timeless brand identity that could adapt to the different styles of buildings was created to highlight the lifestyle of the luxury homes.
